No sound from apollo twin card.

Hi folks, I have a problem - no sound from apollo twin card. I upgraded uad system to Apollo twin II, now in DAW sequences play, sound is there, but the problem is that there is no sound on the card from the guitar and from the line. I can see that the indicators on the card are working, responding to the signal, but there is no sound. I have reinstalled the drivers several times, no help. Did a hard reboot of the Apollo, did not help. I connected the Apollo to a computer with an older version of the drivers, and sound appeared on both channels, but in mono. WTF? %)

And I have a console like this, is this normal? I don't understand where the toggles (in the red circle) line and mic?

No, it's not normal. Your Apollo Console won't work as long as it 'offline' - as you can see in your screenshot.
There may be something wrong with your connection. How is your Apollo connected?
What do you read on your UAD Control panel?
Is your Apollo available and active in your system preferences?

Thank you! The card is detected :) (in the illustration) When I turn the project on in Cubase or Logic, it plays and I can control plugins. But I can't record sound, it's just not there.

You have the Inserts tab selected on the left. Click overview or inputs.

Doesn't help.
1. Checked the card on another computer - it works fine, including recording through it. So, the problem is not in it.
2. Reinstalled the Macbook M1 system on Sonoma. Doesn't help.
3. reinstalled drivers several times, no help.
4. The card plays sequences in all DAWs, iTunes music, but it is impossible to record into it. And this is the Console always :(
5. What to do? Maybe the drivers on the UA site are lousy?
