My ticket number is: #791421

I just bought a new computer and I need to transfer my old universal account over so I can connect my Apollo arrow. However, I don’t remember the email or password that’s tied to the account log in because I set it up two years ago on my old computer. I sent an email two weeks ago and haven’t heard anything. I submitted a support ticket this last week too and am waiting on a response.

what does happen when you hit the "i forgot my password" link on the UA Site?

its right below the login screen:

of course, it would be good to know the email you have used back then.
But since you dont remember what you have done back then, how many email adresses do you have so that you cannot try out one after another until you find the one you have used?

for future, i highly recommend using a passwordmanager like keepassXC to keep your stuff together

It prompts me to enter my old email. I had two possible emails it could be tied to and both are no longer active. That’s a large part of the issue.

And I’ve started writing them all down since, unfortunately I wasn’t good about keeping track at that time. But yes, agreed
