No Video , No Reply

Hi all,

I ordered and paid foy my video back in November 2006 and it still hasn't arrived. I have sent 2 emails to UA and no reply.

Are they closed over Christmas? I begining to think I've been ripped..

You might be having a Customs issue..
Have you contact UA's CS, by phone or email?

I haven't called yet. I have bought many other things OS before without issues. I was hoping for a tracking number from UA so I could track it down and see if its customs or other. It may even be lost in the Aus Post system. The email reciept I received from UA had \"delivered\" on it. I think that means they sent it. I asked my P O Box office to look for a package but nothing there.

I'm assuming UA are closed for the Xmas break. I'll give it 1 more week and call them.

I called them and they are on the case. I appreciate your assistance.

Apparently they were closed for a short time over Xmas and may have missed my emails. Excellent support.
