Hello. I find this one on ebay really cheap, and bough it.

Will this work with UAD-1s and Powercores (Mk1 and Mk2)?

Btw. what kind of vables and PCI cards should i buy for it. I am shure i saw this kind of connector somewhere

UAD's and PoCo's together in a Magma isn't such a good idea (IMHO)
although others may say it will work.

You see them on eBay for around 300-400...
If you see one for 99, it probably doesn't have the cable and card.
