One channel has lower input on apollo 16x

Hi! My first post!

I have a weird problem and I havent found a solution googling it.

I have an apollo 16x and input 5 has lower signal than the rest och the channels. I've tried multiple instruments etc with the same signal on both input 5 and 6, and it's the same everythime. Anyone with an idea what it could be?

If you're positive all cabling and patchbays are good to go, then it must be a hardware issue.

Get with Support for solutions.

hey, yep talkes to uad and it seems to be a hardware issue unfortunately
