Would love to hear more about this. I presume it has to do with kb maestro or the like?
It's a specific mode you have to enter and until and unless you do, it can't impact anything.
It's just related to a little Stream Deck (and KB Maestro) project I've had going on for a while. Hoping to share it here soon enough. It will likely (still working out some trigger kinks) have user definable names (no more MCU 6 char limit) and individually assignable thumbnail pic (e.g. 1176 AE thumbnail for the the 1176 AE plugin) for each plugin that shows up on each insert button on the Stream Deck. There will be eight insert buttons. One for each insert of the selected channel. Push the insert button, and the plugin opens. Push the insert button again, and the plugin closes.
Same for a plugin favorites section I've included. Hit an insert button, hit the plugin button you want, and now it's inserted. Also, control of plugin presets, enable/disable/remove/power on/off, etc. Open/close plugins with one button push (no MCU menu diving). Plugins auto open on a user defined window. Plus other things as well. All from the Stream Deck and all without a mouse.
It's been a lot of work. One of the hardest, most time consuming parts has been building it in such a way so that users can't break it, and it fits as many use case scenarios and states as possible. So I don't want UA to break it instead, though I've really put a lot of thought into how this can be built in a robust (or at least easily fixable) way to mostly avoid issues with breakage, barring a major redesign of the GUI by UA. That'll ultimately be what versioning of these SD profiles will be for.
So if it's a specific mode in Luna that will be user defined as on or off, then I guess I don't care. It just sounded like, when it originally existed, that it wasn't an option to turn on or off.
