Online producing/mixing/mastering classes

Anybody have any suggestions on great online courses for music production/mixing/mastering/songwriting?
I’ve been looking at a couple: 2 from studio class taught by Andrew Huang and one from Charlie Puth (this one interested me being I saw him using UAD things and also pro tools because that’s my main DAW. I’ve been following Austin Hull from the YouTube channel make pop music, he has a course out called producer principals 101. That one looked really cool because I like his content, but it seemed equally industry driven and I’m really looking for more of the music making and production side of things not necessarily business at this point! I’ve also seen hyperbits masterclass being talked about, anything from there?

any feedback on experience with any of these or just general suggestions would be fantastic! I’ve been really enjoying learning form YouTube and other free resources, but I feel I need a little more organization and structure to understand some of these concepts!
Thanks!!

The recording studio rockstars class with Craig Alvin was a game changer for me. Mixing with Mike’s courses are also outstanding.

Andrew Huang is not really my thing, so I can’t comment on his courses.

Whatever you decide, get good fundamentals, not “mixing tricks” or “production hacks.” Understanding gain staging, signal flow, and phase (which is much deeper than the polarity button) will set you up well for anything that comes your way.

Though 1&4 sort of tie in together, these are all different skill sets, IME.

Being good at any one of those doesn't necessarily help with the others.

Music Production and Songwriting are definitely related, but not the same thing.

What's your goal — self released record at or near commercial quality?

This is always what I thought! But in a day and age where everyone has to be good at everything, I figured I needed to be well rounded.

I would say your statement is correct! Self released music of commercial quality is the ultimate goal! As far as the home studio goes I feel I have the essential gear/tools but maybe lack the skills to glue everything together. I know out sourcing is always an option but would prefer to cut out the middle man when I can.

Awesome! I’ll look into those! I’m definitely more into comprehension than quick tricks! I went to school for music performance so I enjoy learning the actual skill/process and understanding it rather than the gimmicks

Matt's spot on here - they're all different skills ... they do feed into each other once you skill up with all of them. It's always way easier to mix and master a great production etc.

Also it's difficult to get specific help from online courses sometimes as you have to pay for, or go through, things that you might not want to learn or are already good at.

True! I would say I want to be an artist or producer first and learn enough skill mixing/mastering to not get in the way of that!

I am also interested in online courses in production, mixing and mastering. It's a cool opportunity for those who want to learn from the best specialists but can't attend face-to-face classes. I have taken several online courses in various fields, which have given me a lot of knowledge, new ideas, and even contacts in the industry. The key is to choose high-quality programmes. While looking for courses, I also turned to essay writing and material preparation services. Then, I came across Essay Company and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the material I received. They made it easier to prepare for some assignments.
