Ordered the UAD spark with volt

I ordered this over two months ago and still haven't received the interface. In fact I live in Spain and ordered it a few weeks before I went home on purpose expecting to bring it back. Still no interface has arrived. I contacted support and they said they were getting the interfaces ready....
Seems a bit bogus to me. If they offer a promo then UAD should send it out right away.

I did and they said shipping will take about 6+ weeks. I just think that's a bit crazy. If I order a product and UAD has them, then they should send them. If not, UAD should have waited until they have the units and then run the promotion. Imo

So, I contacted support and was told that they would refund me since there has been a huge delay in shipping the device. In fact, it has been over two months now. I asked for a refund and they said they would issue it but wanted to check somethings. It has been over a week and no response. UAD dropped the ball on this promotion. Big time
