10.4.6 and UAD 4.2.0
Did 'em both..
So far seems good..
I have had an issue with frozen tracks that have UAD plugs on them
tha all seem to need refreezing...
Not sure at this early stage what this might be caused by, or if it is project wide..
This will mean refreezing some carefully balanced cpu/trax..
and lots of time..
I hope this is not a result of the UA update..

Anyone else got any files on ice, with Uad instances?

Yes I've had the freezing problem and have also done the two new updates, there's a pattern forming!

How can something like this sneak through an update and there be no notice or warning..
Like none of us Logic users have to freeze our UAD tracks..
This is going to cost me tons ' o time in my session tomorrow..
Say it isn't so!
( but i think it is..)
If so, can i go back to 4.1?
or is 4.2 nessesary for osx 10.4.6??
(or could it just be a Universal Binary thing..)
In which case I dont need it 'cause I'm on PPC

I admit,
I was a bit hasty..
But i have long term projects that overlap..
I try to pick my shots.. haha
I was making what seemed to be a clean sweep
with 10.4.6 + RME drivers and UAD drivers...
But, I do have mirrored back-up!!
( i am going forward on this one with more freezing..)
