Outputs not loading in LUNA I/O

I’ve been experiencing an issue where the Apollo x8 outputs are not showing up in the Luna I/O.

The fix that seems to work to reboot the computer, Apollo x8 and Luna. It’s kind of a pain, but it works.

Anybody else had this issue???

I’m not going open a ticket. I’m just gonna deal with it.

As I mentioned previously, I also always get an error message after closing Luna saying I don’t have sufficient DSP… and then Console opens up. I should probably open a ticket but I’ve just haven’t gotten around to it. I have plenty of DSP so it must be a glitch in the Matrix.

The IO has been a bit funny with me too. X6 and Twin. If I make a custom names for the IO, then reboot for whatever reason, I get no sound out of Luna, until I go into the IO matrix settings and reset it to default. Then all my ins and out behave as they should, albeit without my beautifully descriptive new names 😆. I have submitted a support ticket. I wonder whether your problem may be related to the same issue. If you have custom IO settings, maybe it might be that?!

I do use Custom I/O settings but this issue hasn’t been a problem until recently.

Let me know what UA Support has to say. I’m curious. 🧐
