Ox Box - No Audio In App or Headphones

My Ox stopped seeing audio in the app. Nothing at the inputs at all. The attenuator works fine and it still passes audio through to the speaker as expected. I can change rigs, speakers, mic, effects, everything. But the lack of input is killing it.

I performed a factory reset, swapped out all cables, tested with 3 different amps. All experiencing the same issue. Dropped my Captor X into the same rig and it all works.

Any ideas? Is my Ox dead?

Hey @boxwes

I am having the exact same issue and this thread is the only resource I've come across online that matches my experience. I have set up a support ticket with UA Support, but I figured I would check in and see if you ever got a solution for this while I wait for a reply. Any luck?

I'm having the same issues as well. Speaker works fine. No signal in the app or in my DAW. I'm connected to a Focusrite Clarett+ 8pre via S/PDIF. Used to work just fine but stopped working. I ordered a new RCA cable to rule that out. Even so, I would think I would see a signal in the app regardless to whether it was hooked up to anything at all. Resetting OX app to factory defaults then reconnecting via wifi didn't work either.

Please let me know if you do get this resolved via support.

Same for me - all was working fine for 4 years, has now completely crapped out in terms of registering signal from my otherwise completely functional and recently serviced Fender Deluxe Reverb. It will take signal from my other tube amp but I can't see how the issue here lies with my Fender given its otherwise standard performance. Saw another post from someone with the exact same issue I'm experiencing:

Have opened a ticket with UAD support but I'd like to hear if anyone else managed to resolve this? In the UK there is terrible hardware servicing support for UAD products with an estimated 2-3 month wait on non-warranty repairs so I'm potentially looking at having to buy another OX or alternative product if this thing has to go to the shop.
