OX box wifi and rig light unlit (not working)

Hi all,

I hope someone can help me.

I have own the ox for about 1.5 years now and recently I have a problem with the ox where the rig light and wifi light is unlit and not producing any sound from ox.

The a few days back i was able to play with with but somehow when I was playing, suddenly it stops working, Notice the wifi light is off and not producing any sound until I turn it off and on again and wait for a few minute then I turn back on and it starts working again for 10 minute and it happens again.

What I did after this issue:
1. Reset Wifi and factory default reset from the app (the reset button from the back of ox is not functioning, the button doesnt seems to click)

After that it works for 1 day then the next day the RIG light and WIFI light wont turn on at all but the power switch light is on.

I have connected all cable correctly and now waiting for UA support to help me.

Anyone has similar issue?

I just purchased a used Ox Box and am experiencing the same.

Day 1 worked perfectly, Day 2 - Ox failed to boot successfully and produced no sound (Rig light did not light up).

Upon power down and power up again it came back but this is concerning...
