OX won't connect

I am trying to connect my new OX Top Box to the OX app on my Ipad. Have registeret on website and also Top Box's hotspot and password. In the final stage after pressing 'Find my OX' I get the following message:

'Your OX is now connected to the Wi-Fi network.......
1.Connect this computer or IOS device to....... (network)
2. Returen to this app, then reconnect to OX'.

I have connected to the same network but get this same message over and over again.

What should I do? Any advice?

Updated the firmware?

My apologies - I have OX Stomp on the brain... Didn't realize you meant the OX box...

I updated firmware on both Top Box (via Mac) and Ipad. Works now. But don't know which update that made the difference. Haha
