Paid a fortune for plugins... then only some appear!

Is anyone else having this problem? I first paid for 6 plugins in a bundle, but only 4 appeared in UA Connect. I then paid for 2 plugins in a bundle and only 1 appeared! So that's 3 plugins I haven't even received. Also, there's not even a record of which plugins I selected in my receipts, or account. Yet I've definitely been charged the full bundle prices. This seems to be a calamitous technical error on the part of UA. And unfortunately there is zero response to my support ticket after several days. Please sort this out guys! Your plugins are great but we need to be able to use them... and get assistance quickly. Of course, if I've been silly, and they're hidden somewhere - please someone let me know 😅 In case it helps, the missing plugins are: SSL 4000E, Ampex ATR-102, Fender '55 Tweed Deluxe. If UA are reading this, the support ticket is #784654 - thanks in advance folks!

SSL, Ampex and Fender are not native, so they won't appear in UA Connect. You need UAD hardware to run them, and you can authorize them thru the UAD Meter & Control Panel.
Cheerful Hamster, you've made me a very cheerful human! I'm new to UAD plugins and hadn't realised I needed to authorise those through the UAD Meter & Control Panel. You have saved the day my furry friend... thank you VERY much indeed!

yeah, for a beginner to this UAD world, it can be a bit confusing at first :)

now that thankfully this is all sorted out, perhaps you can close your support ticket, as you probably read here in the forum, their support is massivly flooded with requests

For sure - but what an amazing world it is! I'm thrilled with the plugins I've got so far.

Yes thats a really good point - I'll hoik myself out of the system.
