Hey there everyone...
Well income tax return has just been put in my bank account. My ol' G4 is in for a trade plus $2K for the Mac Pro.
Of course the Mac Pro doesn't have a PCi slot. soooo. I'll be looking at the pcie card. So is there a place you guysngals have found the pcie card for sale? Looks like the pak I can get is $619 for the express pak.
Does that seem about right?
I'll be luck to get $300 for the PCI Uad with the base pak!

I'm in Canada and have bought from http://www.JRRshop.com without any problems. They have the PCIe Express pak for $554 Canadian and have a forum discount or free shipping. Drop them a line. Hope this helps.

They have a trade-in, sell my old PCI Uad for a Pcie Uad for $300...
That make the upgrade a bit more bearable.
