I have Apollo x6 along with an Octo satellite running on TB3 on windows 11. Works great on Ableton and very pleased with the system. Occasionally during a project I may access a YouTube tutorial or a music stream from Napster. I may or may not have Ableton running at the same time but if I have the satellite on the video or audio from those service hangs. Is this normal and I should just leave the satellite off when I am not mixing or is it something for which a remedy exists?

If the satellite is TB, have you tried turning off the PCIe power link turn-off option in Windows? The UA instructions are at the end of the post)
