Ok 1st of I am using Magix Music Studio 11 Deluxe. Is UAD-1 compatable with this host? Is there something I can download to upgrade my UAD-1 Studio Pak to make it compatable with Magix Studio 11? This is what it says when I try to use my UAD-1 in Magix 11. Sorry one or more plug ins have been disabled. The powered plug ins are using 125 sample buffers, and a new buffer size of 4096 samples has been detected. If you have changed your audio device settings, you will need to close and reopen the session for these settings to take effect, or you may restore your audio device settings to continue working. Please if someone knows what I can do...please help. Thank you

Thanks you are probably the 1st person to ever repond to me here on the forum. Oh well, I guess I would rather lose $80 (magix) and get a new host than lose $900 and not use the UAD-1.

i had it with music studio deluxe 2005 (version before yours). i think the answer is that i was trying to use direct x versions of ua plugins. when i used the vst versions they worked fine.
been a while since i tried it, so i might be wrong. but have a look and see if there are 2 versions of each plugin.
it DOES work if i'm right. will have a look tomorrow if i remember.
p.s. music studio is AMAZING for the money. does most of samplitude pro for 8 times less cost. elastic audio is very close to melodyne...

just checked with my magix. it works fine.
i'm using vst versions of plugins.
make sure to upgade your ua plugins to newest version. recently, ua stopped including directx versions with the download; this means there should be no directx versions available in magix. only the vst ones.
also; make sure to use asio drivers with magix if your soundcard has them.
