Plugin doesn't get installed

Yesterday, I purchased the Fairchild Tube Limiter collection and the Studer A800 Tape Recorder. However, the Studer doesn't get installed and only shows a 'Start Demo' button in UA Connect. Clicking on the button doesn't do anything. The Studer doesn't show up in my iLok nor in Cubase. How to proceed?

Make sure you are logged in with the account with which you purchased the license and then press refresh.
Is there "Fairchild Tube Limiter collection" in the "my plug-in library" section of the official UAD website?

I purchased the Fairchild and studer as a '2-plugin bundle'. They appear both in my UAD account. In UAD connect I am logged in with the account from which I purchased. I don't have another account and if this was the problem then the Fairchild also wouldn't have shown up.

First thing is to check the iLok manager. If there is no non-time limited licence for the Studer then some issue arose at purchase time, no point digging around further (contact support). If a license appears there, check that it’s activated and against what (physical iLok and/or Cloud), compare/match to others.

Once that is done you can turn your attention to UA Connect… update this thread if something/nothing has changed, with details and maybe someone can figure out where the issue lies / further lines of troubleshooting (for example UA Disconnect - see my sig - may help clean some prefs for you, if you’re still stuck).

I tried to find an email to contact "Support" but only could find this stupid (AI) bot that keeps on pointing me to the knowledge base.

I run Windows 11 / Intel / latest version of UA Connect.
