Does anyone know if a voucher is redeemable towards plugins when you register a new UAD card?

I'm trying to weigh up if it's worth going 2nd hand or buying a new one, for a little bit more.

I just took the plunge and went for the 2nd hand one... That's 2x UAD cards now. I doubt I'd buy anymore, not unless I really need them or news of a new UAD2 card is on the horizon.

i bought an old one from ebay with a lot plugins already reistered with it - the seller wrote an email to UA with my account details and when i received the card i also had the plugins... bargain.
