Plugins I own show "Start demo" window, can't use

I am confused as to why most of the new plugins I just bought show the "Start demo..." window. These are bundles I bought with an Apollo. I haven't been able to use any of them (except for the ones that come with Apollo, Realverb etc). The rest don't work.
What am I missing?
PS - and a few of them strangely come up as "Demo Active (14 days left)." (but I didn't click demo)

Yes I have,* thanks, and they are all listed on my system page, but they don't work. I have posted in the Support forum (very disappointed not to have received a reply), and I'll will now open a support ticket. And why some show up as "demo started..." is a mystery.

*Unless there's something I've missed besides clicking "Authorize," which wouldn't surprise me, as I find this whole system to be cryptic, clear as mud.

Are the plugins correctly connected to the iLok system?

I thought iLok was for native plugins. I haven't had to do anything there, it seems to populate itself (though my number of available plugins doesn't matter the number I bought). Things don't make a lot of sense. And they each say "1 of 2 activations used,"...whatever that means. Anyway, it's my UAD2 plugins that show up as "Demo."
So frustrating.

Ok, I wasn’t clear over whether the demo plugins were native or UAD2.
