Plugins not showing in iLok license manager

Brand new computer. I am trying to transfer all of my UAD-2 plugins to native via the iLok license manager but the only one listed there is LA-3A. I started a support ticket last Friday but have heard nothing back. What might be the reason for omitting all of the other plugins? Thanks.

UAD2 plugs are in the UAD installer and their auths are on your UAD device.

UA Connect is where all native plugs are and these auths are iLok.

No, install UAC on the new, login and download native from there.

Then install UAD11.0.1 and it'll handle the DSP plugins.

Well, I ran through those steps and UA Connect still only sees the one plug-in. One note, the UAD cards are still in the old computer (which I need to still work there). Photo:

None of those have been ported

It means they've been converted from DSP to native. We've not done that to any of those. There is nothing for you to do here.

You can use the DSP versions by installing the UAD 11.0.1 installer. But none of them will show up in UAC.

Does that mean I would have to transfer the cards to my new computer? I'm trying to convert them to native in the new rig - while using them in w/cards in my old rig so that I can continue working as I make all the transfers.

Correct.
