Plugins not showing up with new PCIe card installations

hello everyone,

picked up 2 new pci cards to replace two of my older pci cards
(my new mobo only has two older style pci slots)

when registering the cards with UA at my.uaudio.com, I put the two new pcie cards in a new group (since my other group had all 4 slots used up for the original pci cards)

downloaded the new reg file, updated my computer, but unfortunately all the plugs that I bought are only available for the 1 remaining pci card in my computer. Essentially I am not allowed to use my plugs with the new pcie cards.

Anyone else experience this?

You should un-register the PCI cards you replaced and register the PCIe cards in their place, in the same group as the remaining PCI ones, not a new group. Plug-in licenses are valid for up to 4 cards in the same group.

thanks Akis., that was it. Just called UA and they moved the cards into the proper groups. Great support!!
