PowerCore 2.0 has anyone tested it out?

NOTE:
* PowerCore 2.0 is compatible with all PowerCores. Because of limited RAM, the trial time feature will not work with PCI/Element cards.

:? does this mean it's using some of the powercore RAM that could be used for plug-ins. Does it lower the poco 2 and FireWire plug-in count?

The Windows version is not the OS X version

Not until they fix the bug which causes my AMD X2 to lockup (in the release notes they acknowledge they haven't figured it out yet.)

It's running equally stable with 1.9.6 here; everything runs fine, apart from the X2 issues. No lost licenses etc.

Powercore v2.0 drivers reporting errors!

Greetings,

I wish to inform the masses Powercore v2.0 drivers, causing numerous errors.

Followed all given instructions, still causing function errors. eg:cannot find plug license etc.. OR, this version of driver is not for your product etc....

I must confess, that i was very reluctant to install the v2.0 drivers, but I was also keen to try out plugs like, Fabrik and the Restoration suite.

Without a quick solution, I'd be migrating back to my v1.9 (never a problem) set of drivers.

Did you install 2.0 over 1.9.6?

1.96 works without a problem. I can't see what 2.0 brings to the party for me, as my old card won't run the new demos anyway.

Anyone care to comment on what FabrikR sounds like?

I'm running two pocos (FW + Compact) and it works fine with 2.0. Had no problems yet.

after I installed the correct driver everythink works fine.

Just found out that it's not working with v2 of fxpansion's vst to rtas wrapper .

wondering if it the v2 wrapper as it also has very high latency with the UAD-1s
