Precision Bundle???

Well, with the release of the Precision Multiband right around the corner, it would be nice if UA offered the Precision Mastering Series bundle like it's doing with the Roland Bundle. Just a thought...

Mastermind 500 Promo

This was already briefly mentioned on the back of the UA printed newsletter available at the UA booth during AES New York back in October.

This \"Mastermind 500\" promo will go live whenever the P-MB goes into the my.uaudio.com store and the new UAD driver is available for download.

The details are:

...a limited-time bundle of all 3 Precision plugs for $500. This was designed to make it easy for Flexi-PAK customers to easily create a Master PAK using the $500 Flexi voucher.

Normally $199+$199+$249 - saves $147!

So basically if you wanted you could get a Flexi AND the 3 mastering plugs for less than half the TC MD3 and no Powercore card included!

Hey, it sounds like a great promo package! But, I would hope that UA gives us "ol timers", who have already "invested" in the Precision Limiter & Precision EQ a little price break, on the PMB, to complete our mastering bundle too! :wink:

Desperately trying to avoid making this a "me, too" post, I will say: I also.

I have both Precision Limiter and Precision EQ and I would definitely reconsider my decision not to buy the new plug-in if UA were to offer a price break to "two-parts-of-the-bundle" owners, something like they did with the Roland package.

Not providing an \"upgrade-to-bundle-from-parts\" option would be totally unethical and a disaster in customer care. As an owner of PLim and PEQ I have no worries - there will be an upgrade.
