Precision Limiter on Drums?

Hi - do you have the precision limiter?

Hows it on a drum mix, or single drum tracks?

I wouldn't wanna get into mastering so much, rather i wanna know if i can use it to L2 my drums to death? I make hiphop.

1176 in all buttons mode is cool to mash them up but sometimes you want them clean but banging.

Any info appreciated

I've used the PL for controlling a wild snare. It allowed me to keep some of the light ghosting without have the cracks causing overs. I had a nice clean sound in general, it did rough up the cracks a tiny bit, but that suited me fine.

If you want an L2 type limiting processor, the PL is going to work great for you.
