Problem registering new Volt 2

Hello,

A few weeks ago I bought a new Volt 2. It seems to be working fine but I cannot register it and so I cannot have the free plugins. I was able to get Ableton from them directly and make it work with my invoice but I cannot possibly get the other plugins.

I have tried multiple usb ports, I've uninstalled the apps and reinstalled them and when the app asks me to install the driver, I do not get prompted to register the unit.

In the UA connect app when I click on my device nothing happens, on my UA account doesn't give me the option to manually register it. Also on this website https://www.uaudio.com/my/account/register/ doesn't have the option for Volt 2. I even tried to see if it's a used unit and again the Volt option isn't there.

I have opened a ticket (803220 Conversation) but I am wondering if anyone here knows something about this.

I am fed up, time is running out and I must know asap if I should return it or not.

It looks like your Volt 2 is registered. It is displayed in screen 2. Volt 2 is registered in UA Connect, not on the website.

Do you have iLok app installed? Is your iLok login the same login you used to set up UA Connect and register your Volt 2?

Edit: And what plugins are you expecting?

Yes I do have iLok and it is with the same email. This is what I see when I am logged in:

I am expecting all the plugins as advertised "Ableton, Melodyne, Virtual Drummer, Marshall, Ampeg".

I think I have started a ticket but on the email it doesn't mention it's a ticket, it only says "803220 Conversation".

Does this sound ok to you?
