Hi!
I have problem with moving Instrument Content Location to another disk.
My disc C is full and I have to move this folder to another location, because I cannot install Electra and Ravel. I tried to unnistall product and install once again in chanded location, but it's not working, its still installing on hard drive C...
What should I do?
What am I doing wrong?

In UA connect, click the ellipses all the way at the right on Ravel and Electra and select “move content”.

The ellipses (...) is on the right side of each row. In this image, my mouse clicked on the ... to bring up the dialog.

The Move Content is not showing in dropdown when clicking on the ellipses. Only "More Info" is showing!

I am not sure if the UAC app can tell this or not, but according to the manual it must be:
  • SSD drive with 10 GB available storage
  • SSD must be formatted as APFS on macOS
  • SSD must be formatted as NTFS on Windows
  • If external, SSD must be inside a USB 3.0, USB 3.1, PCIe, or Thunderbolt enclosure

So if it doesn't meet those requirements maybe that's why?

I have met all these requirements. I just double checked,

Is Uninstall showing?
No it is not. I am late tonight uninstall/re-inmstall everything (UAD and LUNA) and see if I can the content install externally. Right now I can use Spitfire that I just purchased because I have the space on my my hard disk. However, I have terabytes of space on external drive.

Please let us know how you solved your problem. I have little space left on main drive and need to move UAD plugins to external drive. Your help is much appreciated and needed. Thank you.
I know it might feel like an elongated method, but after doing this more than once, I found the best way is to uninstall everything in the UAD Connect app that can be stored on an external drive. These can be identified by clicking on the three dots for each plugin and noting if "Move Content" selection is available. Content for the corresponding plugin can be stored on an external disk that must be an SSD drive. First, choose the uninstall option for each plugin. After each has been uninstalled, go to the top and Select Settings. Then set the content location to your external SSD drive. Once the drive has been selected, go back to each plugin and download and re-install. It will be installed on your external drive. I know "Move Content" should enable a simple move rather than uninstall and re-install but I found that didn't do the trick. WARNING: When I opened UA Connect while my external drive was not accessible, the Content Location changed to my computer's hard drive. I had to change it back to the external drive before downloading anything.
