Problem with registering a second hand Arrow

Hi everyone, I just bought a second hand Arrow. I followed all the steps to register it and the previous owner also followed all the steps to remove it from his account, but the interface, although it works normally, does not appear in my account and the associated plugins do not appear either. Any ideas on how to fix it? Thank you all.
