Programmable switcher for amp presents

Since there's no way to use an expression pedal to switch presents remotely on the Dream/Ruby/Woodrow/Lion, is there a way to use a programmable switcher to save presets?
Something that's more live-friendly than using the Bluetooth app?

since the switches in the unit are standard switches (2 cables making contact = switching action) you could find a way to connect it to an external switcher. Of course at your own risk and it will void the warranty. Only other option would be to get several units and switch between them via a Midi Looper/Switcher system like Boss ES8, Musicomlab, RJM or similar.
