Purchased Plugins not showing up in ILok and just as "Start Demo" in UA Connects

Hello,
I recently got the signature edition, but a few plugins (around 6) don't show up in ILok and just show in Connects with the option of "start demo".
They show normally in the "My Plugins" section in my UAD accound page.
I saw a similar post but then the problem solved itself for that user, so no answer there.
I also already sent two support requests with a ticket and got no answer.
Any suggestion?

What is your ticket #? Happy to look into it for you.

Go to help.uaudio.com, click on the Support bot icon in the lower right corner and type “create ticket”
thank you, i did not know about this procedure, i guess i found outdated advice that directed me to that support page.
I just opened a ticket, #831775

i also attach here pictures of my account plugins, ua connects and iLok, maybe it helps

Do you see them in your iLok Manager? Are they in your iLok Cloud session, or USB iLok if you use one? If not, you can click on your user name and see if they are available to drag over.

no, they are nowhere to be found in iLok Manager, i checked every panel
i hope now support will manage to solve this

UA Connect:
Manley VOXBOX Channel Strip: Demo Available, START DEMO

iLok:
Manley VOXBOX Channel Strip: Does not appear

Is this user serviceable?

Be sure to get a ticket open with Support, they'll have things for you to try. Go to help.uaudio.com, click on the Support bot icon in the lower right corner and type “create ticket”
