Question on completing a bundle

I have Ultimate 11. I want to see if I buy the new the plugins in Ultimate 12 individually or with another bundle, does my collection count as Ultimate 12? This is important if I want to upgrade to Ultimate 13 in the future. Does UAD see I own 12 or 11 in this case?

Last year, U10 to 11 it would have. This year, No. So I wouldn't expect a free upgrade to U13 even if you keep up to date on everything that gets released under U12.
