Quiet cooler for an AMD X2 4400?

I received my upgrade components today and before I can even test-drive the system, I have a problem: the included CPU fan sounds like a friggin' hoover! Any suggestions on a quiet one that won't let my CPU fry?

I just downgraded my old DAW from watercooling to a Zalman CNPS9500 (the new one) and all I can say is that I am blown away. Not by the fan noise, but by the awesome cooling performance (almost equal to my water system) and quiet. This has to be my favorite air CPU cooler bar none.
