random loss of plugins

Sometimes this happens... and it is completely random... see attached.

when I try to repair another screen comes up telling me I basically can't repair it.... I mean I paid for this stuff and now can't use it. I've tried re launching LUNA... no good.

Weird one. could that error be connected in any way tied to your ilok account ??

Things can get a bit weird if you have ilok saved in a variety of locations or (especially) different computers.
But that'd be my only guess..

I'd reach out to support. I've been running UA stuff for a LONG time and never seen that.

I had that happen a couple weeks ago, my computer kept dropping the wifi signal and it finally lost authorization I guess and same thing, kept telling me couldn't be repaired, so I shut down and the next morning I did a restart on the MacBook, launched Luna and all was well.

Is it just the extensions? I'm having a similar issue where it's saying demo available but won't allow me to load the extensions.

The really weird thing is that now the plugins are up and working even though in the manage window they still say repair.

I tried what Woodsy did and restarted it. I was able to install them after that.
