"Registration issue, please try again later"

I got another Ruby and I am trying to register it. For two days I have only been able to get an error message that says "Registration issue, please try again later". This is my fourth UA amp sim pedal, so I know how this is supposed to work. Does anyone know how to get past this?

get a ticket open with Support and post the # here. I'll direct it to a UAFX agent.

They'll get you taken care of.

I tried, but the chat bot got in a loop where it would send me the same three articles repeatedly and never create a ticket.

Did you type "create ticket"?

i had this too just recently, seems like an issue with the backend, tried it for 3 days like a maniac, then on the 4th day it suddenly worked. patience required

Fingers crossed. I really like the artist settings where they have 2 different speakers. Can't get to them currently.
