you might post that here
support is closed weekends
if you want help here, a user forum, you need to outline your problem and what steps already tried, your os version, hardware, which plugin you are talking about?

I am facing issues that should have a simple 3 minute fix. I assume I will have to provide logs for this issue because uad doesn't give you information on how fix my issue. I need the plugins for clients and a school project that is due. This is absolutely ridiculous. This has been over a day and it seems you people only respond when people really start complaining. That is not okay
Who are the "you people" you seem to think you are addressing here ? We are fellow users of UAD hardware and software. So far you have already told us why UAD can't help you, talked about needing to send logs, about returning a previous product and shown your displeasure about UAD support ( have you actually contacted UAD ? ). To get some help, you might need to actually outline the issue clearly and then if someone has anything to suggest, take some time to try it.

Also, as @Neotrope has explained support don't work weekends.
