Roland PC-200

I am having a problem using an old Roland PC-200 mkII with Luna. Luna doesn't see it. Any suggestions?

are you using a mac? set up your midi interface in audio midi…

i’m not sure what to do on a pc. it’s been years since I used one…

Yes I am using a Mac Actually exactly like yours. I just have 32GB RAM though. I have an old MOTU MIDI Express 128. I am just using Ch.1. The PC-200 OUT goes to the MOTU with the USB from the MOTU to Mac mini. The MOTU ch. 1 light blinks but, in MIDi or Controller in Luna nothing shows up. Thank you for your response.

so then in the AMS (Audio Midi Setup) on the mac you should create and ‘connect’ the keyboard to the 128…with the virtual cables. then you should see the pc200 as a midi input…if you want you can pm me and i can show you over a video chat…

Thank you for your kind offer. I have managed to find and futz with the AMS this evening. I downloaded a driver for the Express 128. I am struggling and still haven't got it to work... It's getting late here so I will knock off for tonight and try again tomorrow. If I can't get it to function I would really appreciate a video chat. I have FaceTime, WhatsApp and Zoom. The PC-200 is just a keyboard real simple with 1 midi out. basta.

Oh yeah, i assumed that you had already installed the MOTU driver for the 128. I can help just pm me a time you would like to go over it.
