Satellite Quad TB2 not connecting "HOST" sign not showing.

Hi, my Satellite Quad TB2 is not connecting. The HOST sign is not there at all, not blinking, not red and not white, simply not there.

I red the manual and the forum but there is no information about this issue, I guess it might be a hardware fault?

I tried different cables and computers but it is not connecting. I tried to open a ticket with UA twice in the last 5 weeks but I have not received any ticket confirmation or any email from Universal Audio.

I need to know what else to do, is there any way I can fix this? Anywhere I can send my satellite to be replaced / fixed?

Honestly I found much much better customer care with other brands, this is very disappointing from Universal Audio.

Did you check spam? Are you sure the ticket was created? IOW, the bot said "a ticket was created for you"?

I took a screen grab of my last request dated February 12 at 10:01am since it seem I cannot open a new ticket. attache both screenshots.
