SD-3 Registration Issue

Hi,
Just received my SD-3 mic but I'm facing an issue on registration : Invalid Serial Number.
I took a picture of the serail inside the XLR connector (in case of eyes issue ).
Everything seems ok on the serial number I've entered.

Do you have any idea before opening a ticket ?
My SD-3 mic whas correcty packaged (new box not opened)

Sorry SOLVED.
The reel full S/N is printed on the box not in the XLR plug.

Yes I guess... But the box is very nice
