Spark subscription bad payment method. Trying to make paymnet for spark with shopify and my Mastercard fail. There is nothing wrong with the card and I want to start right now but every time i failed with the payment. And I have to wait 24 hours to next try. You are scaring the customer to change with another company.

Be sure to get a ticket open with Support, they'll have things for you to try. Go to help.uaudio.com, click on the Support bot icon in the lower right corner and type “create ticket”
