Six devices per system error

I have six UAD devices on one system, and I'm unable to authorize my plugins. When I try to authorize my plugins an error message comes up saying "There was an error authorizing your hardware. You can only have 6 UAD devices per system." I've checked multiple times and I definitely only have six UAD devices on the system in question (I only have six total so I don't see how there could possibly be an issue).

For sure an issue for Support. Nothing anyone here can do. Get a ticket open, they'll have things for you to try. Go to help.uaudio.com, click on the blue Support bot and type “create ticket”

Thank you, I did this yesterday and still no reply. I'm seeing things online about people waiting weeks for a response from support which I simply cannot afford. Is there a way to get support sooner? This is definitely an issue on the UA end

Support aims for 48-72 hr response times, and they do not work weekends so look for a reply within that time frame.
