Softube Console MKIII issue

So I just got the Console MKIII and I’m having an issue with latency using UAD 2 plugins in console 1. I’ve tried so much trouble shooting including uninstalling and reinstalling everything and resetting the hardware. I sent in a support ticket with Softube but figured I’d post on here just in case someone else has figured out a solution.
