Software V. 11.01 cannot authorize Auto Tune & Lexicon 480L

Thank you for you reply. It seems after restarting my Apollo and after restarting my computer and trying the activation a few times, they all of a sudden work?

P.S.
Sorry I misread that UA discounted auto-Tune. It was the older white verson that has bee discounted not the current realtime one.

Auto-Tune Advance Real Time with version 11.01 & my Lexicon 480L can't be authorized either. I purchase these less than a year ago through UA & they are still selling these products! I'm using Mac Studio M1 Ultra with Ventura latest update.

Any suggestions or advise would be very appreciated!

just out of curiousity, have you tried this after you have received the error message?

If this helps anyone still stuck after following the instructions to "authorize plug-ins"... I had to power cycle my Apollo afterwards. Until I did that, I kept getting the error.

Thanks Abe-zyder. I did restart my Apollo but it took a few times and then finally after also restarting my computer and then waiting a while it finally authorized both plugins? Strange behavior?

Yes I did that a few times. Thanks for the reply. I did get it to finally authorize after rebooting my Apollo and computer. it authorized after a while.
