Hey all. I recently sold my Apollo as I ended up using all the plug ins I purchased natively in Logic. When I sold it i did not transfer anything, but my buddy who bought it had no issues registering it and claiming the free included plug ins. I assumed since I purchased these plug ins and they ran within logic that they would continue to do so, but now everything states "Start Demo". I did uninstall all the UAD software except UAD connect. On connect it shows my purchased plug ins but also says START DEMO. ILOK shows them as well as activated. Is there any way I can still use these? I did submit a ticket a few days back but have not received an answer yet. Thanks all!

Have to contact tech support via a support ticket as they are the only ones who can help with licensing and transfer related stuff. I only know this having purchased couple of used Apollo items and moving some stuff from my slot one to slot two. They can sort you out.

Did you specifically sell with or without plugins? It's all or nothing.

Wouldn't that happen if he purchased the DSP versions and then sold the Apollo since the UADx versions would be tied to the UAD-2 versions?

Yeah I wasn't thinking from a transfer point of view I was thinking from the point of the UAD-2 plugings now not having a UAD-2 device in his account and the UADx versions he had been using being the free versions of those same purchased UAD-2 plugins.

Guess we will see what's actually going on.

Yeah, could be that. None of those have been ported (except the MKIIs in Heritage Editions)

But they specifically mention UA Connect and none of those ever showed up there.
