Sonnox Limiter UAD or Native ?

My old Sonnox Limiter (32lives ver) is doa now and I need to dl/upgrade. Would you get the UAD version in the 2/$99 bundle or wait for a Native sale ?

Hard to see any particular need for DSP with this plugin.

UAD @ $49 is tempting.

I don’t know the history of sales for sonnox, a google search might help you. But we’ll have spring sale, summer sale, end of summer sale, back to work sale, Black Friday and before you know it it’s the end of the year. I’m sure sonnox does some of those

I haven't seen it that low ($50) in native for years. Usually it's $79 when it's on special. I'd do UAD.

Just wait for a sale….that was direct buy plugin boutique does Sonnox sales all the time…from £18 per plug…

Audio Deluxe also periodically runs Sonnox sales.

Both of these usually have only a couple plugins on sale at a time, so you have to wait for the one you want.

Why aren't you using Limitless by DMG Audio?

MD4 algo from the TC Electronics System 6000 was supposedly #1 in Mastering Houses but DMG Limitless IMO is the last word in transparent ITB limiting.
