Where do you see it is going native? As far as I can see, it's still Protools and TC Powercore only.

TC Powercore
Approved TC Works CPU and hardware configuration
Mac OSX 10.2 (or higher) or WinXP
800x600 minimum display
A VST or AudioUnit compliant host application
iLok USB key required.
One or more TC Works Powercore devices with driver version 1.9.5 or higher

Surely the iLok part is a mistake.

All Sony Plug-ins require iLok now; when you purchase the Powercore version, the native versions (RTAS for now; AU will be available shortly) are included, as well.
