Sound City (Spark) re; Mix and Predelay controls not moving?

Hi All -- re; the Sound City Plugin (Spark version) what a great piece of kit. Unfort. I'm not sure I'm operating correctly? - it seems the Predelay & Mix knobs on the Mixer side-page are frozen and wont move...? I see the solo light is lit - not sure if this is a clue?
