Sound City UAD mix knob and SOLO button not responding

Hello Everyone!

I'm currently facing an issue with the Sound City Studios UAD Spark plugin. I'm having trouble getting the PREDELAY, MIX, and SOLO controls in the master section to respond. It's strange because I can control every other parameter except for these three on the right side of the interface. I did manage to gain random control over them a few times, but it seems quite unpredictable. I suspect it might be due to tweaking other parameters and feeing up this glitch. I've attempted to find threads discussing this issue, but haven't had much success or I just don't know what I'm looking for. Could someone please guide me in the right direction to relevant posts or offer assistance?

MacBook Pro 2017 on the latest version of LUNA.
Inserted on a track group and a mono audio track.

I believe I found the issue!
I had the plugin in RE-MIC mode, which disabled these controls.
After I put it into REVERB mode, I regained control.

Re-Mic replaces the existing, so 100% wet. I use Re-Mic 100% of the time here.
