Hello,
I'm using the Ruby straight into the PA when I'm playing at a gig. The presets I saved at home sound completely different on stage. The beautifull saturation becomes more clean and harsh. I know this has something to do with the fact that the stagevolume is louder than at home. The Fletcher Munson effect. When I increase the volume off my headphone this also is the case. So how do you guys deal with this? I'm using in-ears and trie to keep the volume as low as possible but than it probably sounds completely different over the speakers from the PA. And why doesn't the sound of a guitar on a record not change even when I put the volume on 10?
The sound I get from the ruby at normal (home) level is the sound I would like to have on stage but for some reason that's not really possible?
Thanks
