SP-1 Regestration

Maybe I am nuts but, I input my SN to register the mics (located in the xlr socket as expected) for my stereo pair SP-1 mics (bought new)
and it WILL NOT accept the SN and register? Wether it's just the number of the mic(s) or with the SN on the sequence...NOTHING works. Before I go to support, has anyone else run into this?

You doing it in UA Connect?

However, at 3rd inspection, my UA Connect app is't showing me a microphones category on the left as represented here...

  1. Open UA Connect.
  2. Click Microphones in the left column and select your mic.
  3. Click INSTALL under Additional Downloads.
Should there be a "Microphones" category there or is that only after you have registered a mic? I'll wait for support's input but curious.

I suspect UA Connect may not be updating correctly. Removing and reinstalling UAC may be a good thing to try. Do post your ticket number for Drew so he can try to help, though.

SOLVED @DrewMazurek @Matt Hepworth - Thank you both for your assistance! Albert (UA support) recommended I Omit the letter in the SN sequence leaving only the numbers, which are identical, since they are a matched pair, the letters differentiating the two (A/B) are not recognized by the system in UA Connect. Or, at least, this is the case for my mics. Possibly an outlier here but noteworthy should a fellow user need assistance with the same issue. Now, Let's see what these cigars can do on this Roland E Drum kit's HH and OHds. ( I kid ). Thanks again!
