Until the err=21 issue is fixed, I'm not buying the Roland space echo or any other new UA plugins.

It was supposed to be out 4th Q 2005 they are a bit behind schedule.....


so who the _uck knows when it'll be out? maybe when they release some better hardware to run it, cuz 2 instances per card kinda leaves you without enough cpu for the other stuff..........

Isn't it just the cards RAM that gets eaten with 2 instances and the DSP cycles are still free to run Comps/EQ's etc. I hope so but to be honest, its just a delay. I doubt I'm going to bother if the price is too high as when I got my UAD-1 it was £600.

That means about £350-£400 per delay in my setup!!!!

For that sort of money per instance, it better whip my cock out and suck the fella dry everytime I use it....... :wink:

That would make more sense. A single card only has enough ram for about two instances of the DM-1L, too, but the plug-in doesn't take up much actual dsp processing.
